URGENT! Internet Explorer 8 has known issues!

At present, IE8 will not let you download many common files, such as word, excel and access documents. To fix this either use a different browser such as Firefox or IE7. Alternatively you can use the download as zip option which appears to bypass this issue.

The WebMail system is now secured using 128bit SSL encryption, this is very similar to the systems used when you buy anything online or store passwords etc... It ensures that all information you now transfer to and from the servers is fully encrypted and safe. Look for the yellow address bar at the top of your browser to indicate that SSL is working.
