"Hanham High school was recently rewarded for their fundraising commitment to the Trust with a visit from
Commonwealth champion Adam Whitehead.

Adam, an athlete mentor with the Trust, visited the school in south Gloucestershire earlier this month in an action-packed day, where he spoke about the Trust as well as his own sporting career, which took him to Sydney for the Olympic Games in 2000. Adam was also presented with a cheque on the day.
Hanham High School named the Trust as their charity of the year last year, and through a range of fundraising initiatives, the school raised over £2,250 for Dame Kelly's charity. " - from the DHK Trust website
